Check-in replies become a progress chart.
Clients reply to a check-in on WhatsApp with their weight, sleep and steps, in plain text. Fittenger reads the numbers. You check each value and correct any mistake. Clients install nothing.
How check-in tracking works
Schedule the check-in
On the client's Settings tab, add a check-in. Pick a day and time, and keep or edit the prompt. Fittenger sends it in the client's time zone.
The client replies in plain text
The client answers in the same WhatsApp chat, for example: “81.6 kg, slept 7.5 h.”
You check each value
Open the Metrics tab. Under Values to confirm, correct any wrong value, then confirm it. Confirm all saves every value from one message.
What you get
Values from plain text
Clients reply as they do now. Fittenger reads body weight, sleep and steps. There is no form, and no app to open.
Charts for each client
The Metrics tab charts body weight and sleep over time, as a chart or a table. Each reading links to its message.
Check-ins on time
Check-ins go out on the day and time you set, in each client's time zone. Pause a schedule, then resume it at any time.
Plain answers.
Do clients need an app to check in?
No. They reply in the WhatsApp chat they already use. Fittenger reads the numbers in the reply.
Can I correct a value that Fittenger reads wrongly?
Yes. Choose Correct on the value, type the right number and save it.
Can I bring in past check-ins from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import clients and past check-ins from Google Sheets, Excel or CSV. You can undo an import under Past imports.
Does Fittenger answer my clients for me?
No. It sends only the check-in prompts you schedule. You do the coaching.
