What video files can I upload?
MP4, MOV, 3GP or an image. Files over 16 MB are compressed when you upload them.
Do I upload a demo again for each client?
No. Upload each demo once. You can send it to any client as often as you need.
What if the client has not written to me in 24 hours?
WhatsApp allows only approved templates after 24 hours without a message from the client. Fittenger holds the video until the client replies.
Does Fittenger review form videos for me?
No. Each client’s form video links to its session and exercise. You review it, mark it reviewed, and reply with a drill.
